Where will the sessions take place?

Bradon is a working equestrian facility. Please use caution when moving about the property.
Can we do a photo session without Santa?
A.Absolutely! We can do all of your photos with or without Santa, or we can take some with and some without. Just let us know what you'd prefer when you complete your booking.
When should we arrive?
A.Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session and wait in your vehicle until your session time.
How long are the sessions?
A.10-15 minutes
Is the Santa in your samples the Santa who will be at our session?
A.He sure is! Our Santa is so authentic you may just start believing.
Are the sessions pet friendly?
A.We love four legged family members, however, our venue is an active equestrian facility. For the safety of the horses, we're asking you to please leave your pets at home this year.
What happens if we are running late for our session?
A.Sessions are booked back to back. Unfortunately if you are more than 5 minutes late, your session will be cancelled. No refunds will be given if your session is cancelled due to arriving late or no-shows. We can only reschedule your session if an opening is available.
How do I select my final images?
A.To ensure quick delivery of images, Crush Photography will select the best images from your session for editing & delivery. If there is time at the end of your session we may allow you to review the images and pick your favourites. Unedited proofs will not be available for review following the session.
How long will it take to receive my edited images?
A.We aim to deliver images via your personal online gallery within 2 weeks of your session.
How many images will I receive?
A.Five hight resolution, edited images. If you bring a new, unopened toy donation we will give you an extra three images for free.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
A.TBA
