Welcome to my blog! My name is Jason Haughey and I’m behind the camera at Crush Photography. I started Crush in 2008 and I've primarily been shooting portraits and weddings but I'm up for anything; I've really enjoyed shooting aerial photos and travel photography as well. I’ll be posting images from my latest shoots, so you can follow me here and see what I've been up to. I'm working on a re-design to the website so I'll post some portfolio galleries on here as soon as I have some time.

Las Vegas – HDR Photography

It feels like forever since I’ve posted, time for a new one. I just got back from Las Vegas where I stayed at Aria and WOW, what a perfect setting for some HDR photography. These were all 3 exposures and handheld. I definitely don’t have a steady hand so I was pretty happy with how they turned out. Two of these were taken at the Palazzo, the rest were at Aria. I can’t wait to go back… hopefully sooner than later.

Warehouse HDR | Calgary HDR Photography

I’ve really been getting into HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography lately. I’ve played with it a bit in the past and I’m getting much better at the technique so I wanted to share a few of my recent images. These were taken in a huge old warehouse like building, that I think used to be a sign shop. Anyway, it was such a cool place and perfect for HDR. I’d love some feedback on what you think of these.
